WrestleMania XXXIX Hollywood 2023: FIRE & ICE 2: The Gods of Love and Thundersnow is the upcoming 39th annual WrestleMania professional wrestling pay-per-view and WWE Network event produced by WWE for their Raw and SmackDown brand divisions—it has not yet been confirmed if the NXT brand will also be featured. It is scheduled to take place on April 2, 2023 at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California—the original location of WrestleMania 37 before the COVID-19 pandemic forced it to be relocated.
WrestleMania is considered WWE's flagship event, having first been held in 1985. It is the longest-running professional wrestling event in history and is held annually between mid-March to mid-April. It was the first of WWE's original four pay-per-views, which includes Royal Rumble, SummerSlam, and Survivor Series, dubbed the "Big Four". WrestleMania is ranked the sixth most valuable sports brand in the world by Forbes, and has been described as the Super Bowl of sports entertainment. It will feature wrestlers from the Raw and SmackDown brand divisions—it has not yet been confirmed if wrestlers from NXT will be featured.
On February 15, 2020, WWE announced that SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California would host WrestleMania 37 on March 28, 2021, with the event being promoted as WrestleMania Hollywood. Wrestling journalist Dave Meltzer reported that WWE had originally pushed for WrestleMania to be held at the new stadium in 2022, so it could promote the event as having a larger overall attendance than Super Bowl LVI (which will be held at the same venue in February that year), but the stadium wanted to host a WrestleMania before hosting the Super Bowl in preparation for the National Football League's big game.
In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic in October 2020, however, the Wrestling Observer Newsletter reported that WWE were considering relocating WrestleMania 37, as the state of the COVID-19 pandemic in California (including present health orders) made it increasingly unlikely that the event could be held with in-person spectators on the scheduled date. WWE had reportedly planned to relocate the event to Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida, which was originally scheduled to host WrestleMania 36 before the onset of the pandemic forced it to be scaled back and held at WWE's Orlando training facility instead. As the year progressed, Florida loosened its health orders and began to allow readmittance of fans to events. On January 16, 2021, WWE announced that WrestleMania 37 would in fact be relocated to Tampa. Along with this announcement, WWE revealed that SoFi Stadium would still host a WrestleMania, but it would instead be WrestleMania 39 on April 2, 2023—WrestleMania 38 was announced for AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas in 2022. WrestleMania 39 will be the first since WrestleMania 21 to be held in Greater Los Angeles, and the seventh held in the state of California (after 2, VII, XII, 2000, 21, and 31). WrestleMania 39 in turn also adopted the "Hollywood" marketing originally intended for WrestleMania 37.

Money in the Bank returns to WrestleMania with a twist of Apocalypto
Money in the Bank is an annual gimmick event, produced by WWE since 2010, generally held between May and July. The concept of the show comes from WWE's established Money in the Bank ladder match, in which multiple wrestlers use ladders to retrieve a briefcase hanging above the ring. The briefcase contains a contract that guarantees the winner a match for a world championship of their choosing at any time within the next year. The 2022 event will feature wrestlers from the Raw and SmackDown brands; male wrestlers will compete for a contract to grant them a match for either Raw's WWE Championship or SmackDown's Universal Championship, while female wrestlers will compete for a Raw Women's Championship or SmackDown Women's Championship match contract.

it's time for the Depp-Heard affair to Rock & Reigns!
the Seriousness of the Main Event of WrestleMania XXXIX began with John C. Depp, II v. Amber Laura Heard (CL–2019–2022) it was a civil defamation trial between two American actors that took place in Fairfax County, Virginia, from 11 April to 1 June, 2022. Plaintiff Johnny Depp alleged three counts of defamation against defendant Amber Heard, claiming $50 million in damages; Heard filed a counterclaim against Depp, claiming damages of $100 million.
Depp and Heard married in February 2015. Heard filed for divorce on 23 May 2016; four days later, she obtained a temporary restraining order, alleging that Depp had physically abused her. In December 2018, almost two years after the couple had finalized their divorce, Heard published an op-ed in The Washington Post, stating that she had spoken up against "sexual violence" and become a "public figure representing domestic abuse." Depp sued Heard for defamation in March 2019, blaming the op-ed for damaging his reputation and career and causing him extensive financial loss. Heard later filed a counterclaim alleging that Depp's former lawyer, Adam Waldman, had defamed her in statements made to the Daily Mail in 2020.
Throughout the trial, Depp's lawyers sought to disprove Heard's abuse allegations and to demonstrate that she had been the instigator, rather than the victim, of intimate partner violence. Heard's lawyers defended the op-ed, claiming it was factual and protected by the First Amendment. The livestreamed trial attracted large numbers of viewers as well as considerable social media commentary, the majority of which was sympathetic to Depp and critical of Heard. In the United States, news articles about the case generated high levels of social media interaction and renewed debates around topics relating to domestic violence, the #MeToo movement, and women's rights.
The jury ruled that Heard's op-ed references to "sexual violence" and "domestic abuse" were false and defamed Depp with actual malice, awarding him $10 million in compensatory damages and $5 million in punitive damages from Heard, although the court reduced the punitive damages to $350,000 due to a limit imposed by Virginia state law. The jury also ruled that Waldman had defamed Heard by falsely alleging she and her friends "roughed up" the penthouse as part of a "hoax" against Depp. The jury awarded Heard $2 million in compensatory damages and zero in punitive damages from Depp. Separately, the jury ruled that Waldman's other allegations of Heard's "sexual violence hoax" and "abuse hoax" against Depp had not been proven to be defamatory.
